Please read this document carefully before using the 3012 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set forth herein.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 3012 platform ("Platform" or "we"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of 3012—whether via website or mobile app—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. Continued use after any changes to the Terms will be deemed as acceptance of the latest version.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to have only one (1) active account on the 3012 platform. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. 3012 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time and may request supporting documents if necessary.
You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials, including username and password, confidential. Any activity on your account—whether authorized by you or not—is your responsibility. Contact 3012 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share your login details with anyone.
As a 3012 platform user, you agree not to engage in the following:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate the platform system.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any activities that violate Malaysian law.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts to others is prohibited.
- Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities to gain unauthorized advantages.
- Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform or other users’ experiences.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All financial transactions on the 3012 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports various local payment methods, including online bank transfers via FPX, e-wallets like Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other methods listed on the payment page during transactions.
Deposits will be credited to your account after successful transaction confirmation. Processing time varies depending on the payment method used. Withdrawal requests will be handled within the timeframe stated on the withdrawal page, subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering policies.
3012 is not responsible for any additional fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers. Users are advised to review the terms of their payment providers before making transactions.

Liability Limits, Account Policies & Termination
The 3012 platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3012 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users from using or inability to use the platform, including loss of money, data, or opportunities. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you deposited within 30 days before the claim.
3012 reserves the right to suspend, block, or close user accounts at any time without prior notice upon violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, multiple accounts use, or any conduct harming the platform’s integrity. In cases of account closure due to fraud, related account balances may not be refunded. Users whose accounts are closed for other reasons may contact customer support for information on any remaining balance.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Terms Changes
All content on the 3012 platform—including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, user interfaces, and source code—is the exclusive property of 3012 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any content without prior written permission. The "3012" brand name and all related trademarks are legally protected intellectual property.
The 3012 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services beyond our control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Such links are provided for user convenience only and do not imply endorsement or approval. Users should read the terms and privacy policies of any site they visit.
3012 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. It is the user’s responsibility to review these Terms regularly. This document is governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
